Plano-convex Cylindrical Lenses for the Infra-red

These positive cylindrical plano-convex lenses are used for line imaging  and line narrowing.  They are available in low absorption, CVD grown Zinc Selenide, or single crystal Germanium.

A range of focal lengths and sizes are offered.   Focal lengths range from 25.4 to 381 mm (1” to 15”).

Square or circular shaped lenses are available. Typical sizes are: 25.4 mm square, 50.8 mm square or diameters of 25.4 and 50.8 mm. ( 1” and 2”)   Thickness varies from 5.0 to 12.7 mm as appropriate to suit the individual mounting requirements. 

Lenses are normally supplied uncoated but a range of anti-reflection coatings are available including one for low reflectance at 10.6μm.
