UV Partial Reflectance Plate Beamsplitters
These
beamsplitters provide definite split ratios at a particular
UV wavelength. They are
designed for use either at 0° or 45°and are not intended for use at other
wavelengths. Substrate material is
UV fused silica and the substrates are polished to laser quality standards.
They
may be used to split light into
separate components or to re-combine branches of an optical system.
These
beamsplitters may be used with high power lasers.
They have a high laser damage threshold.
Common
wavelengths offered are: 193, 213, 248, 257, 266, 308, 325, 352, 355 nm.
Reflectance
can be:
Usual
diameters are 10, 12.7, 19.1, 20, 25.4, 30, 38.1 and 50.8 mm but other sizes can
be supplied on request.
